My everyday ten minute mini goal

Ok everyone this is my stationary bike. One of many pieces of equipment that I have. Why is it so hard to get my big butt on top of this thing? Who knows i guess I am just lazy. I even have it parked behind my sofa so that when I get on it I can actually watch television. This hasn't helped! I am going to attempt to make a small goal and not allowing any excuses. I am going to start out with ten minutes. Everyday ten minutes. I owe it to myself. It is just a small ten minutes. That is all I am going to commit myself to right now.Why do some things that are so small seem so difficult? When I was younger I use to ride my other stationary bike for hours while I just listened to the radio. How things change! Wish me luck! :)

    I have a calendar next to my treadmill were everyone can see it. Everyday after I do my "time", I mark it on the calendar..I hate to see empty days. But it makes me accountable..

  2. Good luck. You can do anything for just 10 minutes. Don't even allow yourself the option. You have to do it. Bar none. That's how I feel about my daily dozen. It's the least I can do.

  3. I know you can do 10 mins everyday. That's a great goal. It's very attainable & I know accomplishing it will make you feel better. Great job!
